Arsenal have just missed out the opportunity in finishing first in their Champions League group after suffering a 2-1 defeat in their final game against Olympiacos. This situation could give them a tough drawing against group winner in the knock out stages, but Gunners’ boss Arsene Wenger hopes that they could get an early Christmas Present by picking up a less strong opponent in the next stages.
However, Wenger is prepared to face any teams and doesn’t think that being runners up give much disadvantageous for them. For the moment, the manager insist that they will simply focus on the league.
