Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva is set to continue his adventure with the French outfit after signing an extension which will keep him until 2018. This situation practically sealed out Barcelona’s potential move for the defender as PSG doesn’t seem keen to part ways with their center back anytime soon.
Barcelona will have to look elsewhere in they are still keen on bolstering up their defensive line up for the upcoming season as some of their players are already ageing. Silva himself will be looking for another positive season with PSG as he is keen on confirming his spot for upcoming 2014 World Cup.
