Despite working hard in getting himself back into full fitness, it seems that Uruguay star striker, Luis Suarez, is not going to make it for his team’s World Cup opener against Costa Rica.

This news was hinted by the South American side’s head coach, Oscar Tabarez, who revealed his team’s probable line up to the press just ahead of this weekend’s Group D match.

Suarez have been struggling with a knee injury just before the World Cup, but his positive recovery process gives him the chance in being kept for Uruguay’s 23-men squad.

Although will most likely miss the opening game, Tabarez is confident that his star striker can give his contribution in the two times World Champion’s upcoming two games against England and also Italy.
