Bayer Leverkusen are gearing up for another Bundesliga fixture this weekend as they face up against Borussia Moenchengladbach and ahead of that tie, Leverkusen head coach, Roger Schmidt urged his players to improve their goal scoring record.

Schimdt looked quite concern with his team’s low scoring rate as he believes based on their attacking attempts, Leverkusen should be able to collect more goals in their games.

The tactician believes that their lack of efficiency up front is what stopped them from having a much better position in current German Bundesliga standings as they sometimes loses points because of poor finishing.

Schmidt do promise further improvement on their play in the final third, especially this weekend as they battle Moenchengladbach, that can cause lots of problems from their counter attacking setup.
