AC Milan started their US tour in the worst possible way after suffering a 3-0 defeat over Olympiacos, but there’s not just negative things that Rossoneri head coach, Filippo Inzaghi saw from his team on that match.
Speaking in a press conference after that tie, Inzaghi stated that his players already tried their best in playing good football and aside from Riccardo Saponaro there was no injury suffered by Milan players.
Inzaghi also ensured that once all of his full squad are available, Milan can put on a much better performance compared the one they were showing against the Greek champion.
Furthermore, Pippo also stated that it was not easy for him to give their best in that match since they had a tight schedule which didn’t even allow them much training session.
