Valenciennes FC 0-4 Paris Saint-Germain highlights: French giant, Paris Saint Germain continue their winning run with another impressive display as they hammered Valenciennes in Ligue 1 midweek fixture on Tuesday.
The home team who have been pretty impressive in this start of season were actually threatening early in the game, as they forced several saves from PSG keeper, Salvatore Sirigu. However, things immediately turned when Zlatan Ibrahimovic opened the scoring for the visitor in the 28th minute, after deflecting Maxwell's low shot.
That goal simply opened more space for PSG to exploit especially after the break as it was proven when Ibrahimovic got his name on the score sheet again early in the second half. The Sweden international completed his hat-trick few minutes later with a simply tap-in after receiving a nice cut back from Jeremy Menez.
Despite already leading three goals, Carlo Ancelotti's men were not done yet as they sealed their victory on the night with a nice solo run from Ezequiel Lavezzi. That win temporarily moved them closer to current league leader, Lyon, who will play this Wednesday.
