Manchester United FC 2-2 Chelsea FC highlights: Manchester United were looking to take away their disappointing Champions League defeat as they face their rival Chelsea in the Quarter Finals of FA Cup at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The home team were looking really determined in putting their recent Europe disappointment away when Javier Hernandez already gave them the lead withing just four minutes with a fine header inside the penalty area. Things were looking bright indeed for United as they doubled their lead on 11 minutes when Wayne Rooney's free kick somehow found its way passed Peter Cech in Chelsea's goal. The Red Devils continue to dominate that first period as they create several dangerous opportunities which they couldn't convert.
In the second half, Chelsea change things around and substitute Eden Hazard scored a wonderful curler in the 59th minute to revive the Blues' hope. The visitor finally got their heads up again when a fine counter attacking play saw Ramires slotting the ball into United's net to level things up and create a nervy end for Red Devils' fans as they were under huge pressure. Unfortunately, no more goals were scored as both sides must face up again at Stamford Bridge to decide which one should claim the semi finals ticket.
