Malmo got themselves ahead on 31 minutes through Magnus Eriksson, who was putting on a brilliant performance on that match as he successfully bagged a brace. Eriksson netted his second early in the second period to give his team a comfortable lead over their opponent.
The home side continue their relentless pressure and netted their third on 62 minutes, this time from Erik Friberg's effort and four minutes later, they completed their rout with another goal, scored by Emil Forsberg.
