Juventus still keeping their lead at the top of Italian Serie A standings in tack as they grabbed a convincing home win over Chievo this past weekend. Antonio Conte's men immediately took an attacking initiative as they got themselves in front after 17 minutes of play through Kwadwo Asamoah's strike. The home side extending their on 29 minutes, this time it was Claudio Marchisio that bagged that second goal which gave Juve a comfortable lead as they go into the break.
In the second period, Chievo tried hard to get back into that tie and things seemed to be opening for them when Martin Caceres scored an own goal on 51 minutes. However, that goal triggered a positive response from Juventus as they regained their two goals margin with an effort from Fernando Llorente on 58 minutes.
