Straight from their Champions League midweek battle, Chelsea are gearing themselves up for another potentially tricky Premier League tie this Saturday, March 1 as they travel to face struggling Fulham side. Still sitting at the top of current league table, The Blues will be pushing for another three points this weekend as they don't wan't to lose that leading spot. Only having a slender lead over their closest rival, Arsenal, Jose Mourinho's men can't really afford to pick up any negative result against the bottom seat dweller.
Meanwhile, Fulham themselves are in dire need of points as they can't seem to move away from that bottom table seat. Although it's really difficult on paper, the Cottagers will try to give their best as bagging something positive this weekend could easily boost their morale in pushing for better results in upcoming matches.
Chelsea maintained their seat at the top of English Premier league standings after grabbing an important away victory over Fulham this weekend. After being held into a goalless draw during the first 45 minutes, Jose Mourinho's men finally found their way out of that trouble thanks to German international, Andre Schurrle who bagged a hat trick on 52, 65 and 69 minutes to give all three points for his side. The home team themselves only managed to pull one goal back from Johnny Heitinga's close range finish on 74 minutes.
