Cruzeiro 4-1 Atletico Mineiro highlights: Cruzeiro made their way into the top of Campeonato Brasileiro standings after they picked up a convincing home win over Libertadores Cup winner, Atletico Mineiro this past weekend.
The home team didn't have a bright start on that encounter as they found themselves trailing after 18 minutes when Alecsandro netting home from the penalty spot. However, Cruzeiro bounced back rapidly as they equalized with an effort from Everton Ribeiro on 32 minutes, before eventually turning things around just a minute before half time break though Ricardo Goulart.
In the second half, Cruzeiro continue their domination as they netted a third goal on 53 minutes from Nilton's effort. Five minutes later, the match was practically settled as Goulart scored his second in that match to give his team a comfortable 4-1 victory.
