AS Monaco 1-1 Nimes highlights: Monaco's ambition in getting their first place spot in French Ligue 2 suffered a break down after they only picked up a draw against Nimes on Friday.
Claudio Ranieri's team went a goal down first after just four minutes of play, when Vincent Gragnic scored for the visiting side. The host were not keen in suffering another defeat though and continue to move forward in search for an equalizer, which they finally picked up just in the stroke of half time through Giorgios Tzavellas.
No more goals were scored in the second half though as Monaco couldn't find the winning goal they're eager to search. This results pretty much means that Ranieri's men could go even further behind in the table, should current leader Nantes won their weekend game.
