Monaco moving their way back into second place seat in current France Ligue 1 standings after successfully grabbing a hard fought home victory over Ajaccio this past weekend. The home side were pumped up in battling for three points as they want to keep that title challenge alive and kicking.
Knowing that their rival for second place seat, Lille picked up a defeat on their weekend fixture, Monaco were putting on an attacking display since kick off, but can't seem to get things going for them in the first 45 minutes. After a goalless first period, the home side finally got themselves in front after Emmanuel Riviere scored on 75 mnutes to give that much needed three points for his team.
