AS Roma 2-1 SSC Napoli highlights: Roma ended their Serie A season in a positive note after grabbing a 2-1 win over runners up Napoli at Olympico stadium on Sunday evening.
Both teams were struggling to get things up in the first 45 minutes as they were forced to settle for a 0-0 draw, but after the break it was Roma that running away with attacking initiative as they took the lead on 47 minutes through Marquinho's wonderful strike. The capital side doubled their advantage on 58 minutes with a lovely goal from Mattia Destro.
Napoli were not keen on going down without any fight as they pulled one goal back through their league top scorer, Edinson Cavani, capitalizing on a mistake from Roma goal keeper, Bogdan Lobont.
