Ajax Amsterdam grabbed their second victory in the new Dutch Eredivisie season as Frank de Boer's men defeated AZ Alkmaar 3-1 this on the weekend.
The away side made a positive start on that tie as they got themselves in front with an effort from Davy Klaassen on 15 minutes.
However, Alkmaar managed to draw level five minutes into the second half when Steven Berghuis scored the equalizing goal.
Ajax regained their lead on 69 minutes, this time it was thanks to Lasse Schone's goal, finishing off an assist from Daley Blind.
The away team finally sealed all three points from that tie when Anwar El Ghazi netted home his team's third goal right in the 90th minute mark.
