The Canaries came unstuck against Manchester United last weekend, but offered enough at Old Trafford to suggest they can survive in the Premier League. They have won their last nine fixtures against Swansea at Carrow Road and in fact have lost just once of their last 15 games on home soil against any opposition.

Boss Paul Lambert has no new injury concerns but Zak Whitbread (hamstring), Daniel Ayala (knee) and Elliot Ward (knee) remain on the sidelines along with James Vaughan (knee).

Swansea have made a solid but unspectacular start to the season but their away record makes for uncomfortable reading – winning only one of their last nine league games on the road.

The Swans have been boosted by the return of Leon Britton but Alan Tate (broken leg), Steven Caulker (knee) and Kemy Agustien (hamstring) remain sidelined.
