French former superstar, Zinedine Zidane brought fellow ex-World Cup 1998 winners for a reunion as he staged a charity match to help a local side, Rodez, in France that have been facing financial difficulties. Married to a woman from the area, Zidane felt the need in helping out and not only he already invested some cash, the ex-midfield maestro also took nine teammates from that World Cup winning side to attract local supporters.
The game itself ended in a 5-5 draw, which saw many interesting things including ex-goal keeper, Fabian Barthez playing up front instead of being a goalie as he even scored a goal in that match, despite coming from the penalty spot.
