Germany’s success in winning 2014 World Cup apparently can provide something special not just for the nation but to Arsenal, at least that’s what the club’s manager, Arsene Wenger is expecting.
Having three German players in their squad, Mesut Oezil, Lukas Podolski along with Per Mertesacker, who all had minutes with Der Panzer, Wenger is hoping that those three can put on a much confident performance this upcoming season.
The tactician said that being a World Cup winner will surely brought that strong mentality among those three and Wenger is expecting that they can share the confidence towards other Gunners.
Arsenal might also acquire another talent from the World Cup 2014 winner should Sami Khedira deal do happen, but for now Wenger still can’t say anything about that possible deal.
