Being written out already before the World Cup 2014 even start, United States are keen on proving their worth in Brazil as they’re heading into the tournament with a positive mood after grabbing consecutive victories on their latest friendly matches.

Defeating teams such as Turkey, Nigeria along with Azerbaijan apparently brought that beliefs that they can compete with other teams in group G, which contains tough teams such as Ghana, Germany and Portugal.

Goal keeper, Tim Howard, was the one who revealed that victories over those teams, especially Turkey and Nigeria gives a positive atmosphere among US players as they prepare for difficult World Cup campaign.

However, midfielder, Michael Bradley, warned his teammates not to get over themselves over those friendly success as the former AS Roma midfielder beliefs that those result won’t make much difference when the real tournament starts.

USA’s first test in Brazil is Ghana, a tricky game that they must win if they are keen on grabbing that ticket into the knock out stages of  World Cup 2014.
