Spain Grabbed Knock Out Stage Ticket After Commanding Win Over Turkey

Spain become the third nations that sealed ticket into EURO 2016 knock out stage after picking up a convincing 3-0 win over Turkey on Friday.

La Furia Roja started off the game in an attacking fashion and got themselves ahead after 34 minutes through Alvaro Morata’s strike.

Three minutes later, it was 2-0 when Nolito pounced on failed header by Turkey defender, Mehmet Topal, who tried to clear Cesc Fabregas’ lob pass.

That quick goals seem to break down Turkish players’ heart as they practically lose their confidence and organization from that moment on.

After the break, Fatih Terim’s men tried to get themselves together again, but any potential come back was shut down when Morata bagged his second goal on 48 minutes.

Already winning their first game over Czech Republic, Spain secured their spot in the knock out stages, despite still having one more game to play against Croatia.
