Cameroon striker, Samuel Eto’o might already be considered as a veteran performer this days, but that doesn’t mean his not a threat for any opponent as according to Brazil skipper, Thiago Silva, the former Inter Milan forward is still a dangerous opponent to face.
Being paired in the same group, Silva wisely warned his teammates not to take Cameroon lightly, while adding that Eto’o can still cause many problems for Seelecao on their upcoming World Cup 2014 meeting.
Silva stated that seeing from his recent meeting against Eto’o in the Champions League, the Brazilian center back believes that his African counterpart is still a dangerous and skillful attacker that cant be left alone.
Acknowledging that Brazil are strong favorites for this upcoming World Cup 2014, Silva surely wants everything to go well for his side, that’s why he is keen on warning his teammates about the quality of their opponents.
According to the schedule, Brazil will be meeting Cameroon on the final group game though, so if things go well for Luiz Felipe Scolari’s men in their previous two games, Silva might not be that concern anymore about threats from Eto’o.
