Italian side AS Roma picked up a precious away point on their second Champions League group game this midweek, holding English champions, Manchester City into a 1-1 draw at Etihad Stadium.
That result was pleasing enough for Roma’s head coach, Rudi Garcia, who believes that the result proved his team’s ability in competing with other top European sides this season.
Meanwhile, Man City boss, Manuel Pellegrini was disappointed not only because of the result, but also with how his side performed as Pellegrini believes that City players didn’t show enough to warrant all three points.
Although admitting that things are getting harder for them, Man City will keep on battling hard in collecting remaining points from their group game to open their chance in advancing into the next stage.
