Manchester United quest for new signings in this summer transfer market continue with reports claiming that they’re seriously targeting Sporting Lisbon defender, Marcos Rojo, who has even attempting to force his way out from the Portuguese outfit.
Rojo who put on an impressive display at World Cup 2014 can play both as a left back or central defender, a condition which seemingly favorable for new Man United head coach, Louis Van Gaal.
Apparently rumors are also stating that the Argentinian is very keen on making his way to Old Trafford and has make his voice heard by refusing to train with his current team in order to force that United move.
That action wasn’t being taken gracefully by Sporting though as the defender apparently being ‘punished’ by Sporting for that behavior and won’t be played in the club’s upcoming league match.
It remain to be seen whether this transfer will materialize though Man United are looking really serious in securing his signature as Van Gaal’s team are rather short at the back.
