Rodgers Rues Lack of Concentration against Udinese

Liverpool suffered a let down in their Europa League campaign after picking up a 3-2 defeat against Udinese at Anfield on Thursday.

The Reds’ manager, Brendan Rodgers was frustrated with the result as he felt his side were actually playing better than their opponent. Rodgers pointed out that the lost of concentration from his players early in the second half simply cost them the tie.

Liverpool took a 1-0 lead into the break, but in the second period, Udinese bounce back and grabbed three goals to seal the tie 3-2 for Francesco Guidolin’s men, much for Rodgers’ disappointment.
