Rodgers Expecting Sterling to Respect Liverpool Contract

The drama regarding Raheem Sterling’s future continue to attract many attention with media already suggesting that he will depart from Anfield next summer.

However, that suggestion doesn’t seem to be agreed by Reds’ boss, Brendan Rodgers, who insisted that his young winger will respect his remaining two years contract with Liverpool.

The tactician said that whatever the current contract talks situation with Liverpool, Sterling is still a Reds player and have couple more years left in his current agreement.

Although the latest reports claimed that Sterling is not interested in signing a new agreement with the Reds, but Rodgers still insisting in keeping his starlet.

Furthermore, Rodgers also hope that the England international continue to behave well during his time at Liverpool even if he isn’t keen on signing a new deal.
