Ranieri Bemoans Leicester City’s Lack of Team Effort in Hull’s Defeat

Premier League defending champions, Leicester City didn’t start their new season in the best possible way after suffering a 2-1 away defeat from Hull City.

That result brought disappointment for Leicester boss, Claudio Ranieri, as he was not pleased with the lack of team effort from his players.

Ranieri stated that his side did make some good efforts, but it was mostly individual stuff and not something that the Foxes normally do.

Although the tactician appreciated his players’ performance in that match, but Ranieri warned them to play more as a team in their upcoming games.

It was definitely not the kind of result that Leicester or many football fans were expecting, not just because of the Foxes status as defending champion, but also due to the turmoil situation at Hull City.
