Pulis Blames Missed Chances for Stoke Defeat

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis was disappointed with the 1-0 defeat that his side suffered against Fulham on Saturday as he believes that his team could have done more if they managed to convert their chances.

Pulis stated that his team played pretty well on that game, but their failure in converting their opportunities, especially a penalty reward which wasn’t taken well by Jonathan Walters. The tactician stated that if they wan’t to pick up better results, Stoke players must start to take their opportunities in front of goal.

Aside from missing chances, Pulis is also keen on seeing his side improving their effort in the final third.
