An interesting battle set to occur this Tuesday on group H of FIFA World Cup 2018 as Poland facing up against Senegal.
Both teams have just been making their return to the World Cup finals after several years of absent and are determined in making the best out of their current experience.
Poland returns to the tournament after 12 years of absence and are looking start their current campaign with a win, since history say that they always made it through into the next round after winning their opening fixture.
Although it won’t be an easy task for Adam Nawalka’s men, but having several experienced players who played in top European teams such as Robert Lewandowki or Piotr Zielinski, The White and Reds have reasons to be confident with their chance.
Meanwhile, as for Senegal, returning to the World Cup again after their sensational debut back in 2002 certainly feel special as they certainly keen on reminiscing that past success.
It was a very long span indeed for them to somewhat remember that success back in 2002, but having Aliou Cisse, who was part of that excellent squad back then, as head coach might help the current players experiencing that past glory.
This time around, Senegal has Liverpool’s Sadio Mane as their main threat as his pace and finishing quality can give problems for many defense, including Poland.
Probable starting line up:
Poland: Wojciech Szczesny(g); Maciej Rybus, Michal Pazdan, Jan Bednarek, Lukasz Piszczek; Kamil Grosicki, Jacek Goralski, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Jakub Blaszczykowski, Piotr Zielinski; Robert Lewandowski.
Senegal: Khadim Ndiaye(g); Lamine Gassama, Kara Mbodji, Kalidou Koulibaly, Youssouf Sabaly; Pape Alioune Ndiaye, Cheikhou Kouyate, Gana Idrissa Gueye; Keita Balde, M’Baye Niang, Sadio Mane
