Future Chelsea head coach, Antonio Conte, finally announced his temporary squad for upcoming Euro 2016 and the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Mario Balotelli along with Sebastian Giovinco were all left out.

The omission of those three players were not that surprising since Italian media have strongly predicted it before as Conte were looking for other alternatives instead.

Although it’s still a temporary team which will be reduce up to 23-men squad, but without even being considered for the 30 players list, basically means that Conte already shut down the door for Pirlo, Balotelli and Giovinco.

Age seemingly the main reason for Pirlo to be left out, while Balotelli along with Giovinco’s omission could be down to tactical and personal choices of the tactician.
