Sharing his thoughts to the media after the game, Pellegrini stated that getting a first league win especially away from home is always an exciting moment, especially with the fact that his team put on a good performance.
Moreover, the Spanish tactician also shouted his praise towards striker, Edin Dzeko, who despite not getting his name in the score sheet but still put on an excellent display according to Pellegrini.
The Spaniard admitted that Dzeko has showed positive display even since last season, which indicates that the Bosnian is set to be given an extension sometime soon.
