Everton suffered a disappointing 2-1 defeat against Norwich City on Saturday and that result was far from pleasing for the Toffees manager David Moyes as he believes his team were in control of that encounter.
Moyes stated that after a pretty even first period in which Everton managed to take advantage, they were controlling the second half but their wastefulness in front of goal turned things around as their opponent simply took advantage.
Although wasn’t pleased with the additional time given, Moyes stated that his team were just too early in trying to protect their lead, which eventually forcing them go get under much pressure.
