Mourinho Believes Lukaku Will Discover Form Again for Man United

Romelu Lukaku’s scoring drought for Manchester United starting to put him under serious criticism again, but that situation doesn’t lessen Jose Mourinho’s faith on the Belgium attacker.

Speaking to the media in a recent news conference, Mourinho addressed the Lukaku situation by saying that the former Everton man will eventually end his goal drought and regain his confidence level back.

However, the Portuguese tactician isn’t sure whether that moment will arrive immediately this weekend when Man United are set to face with The Toffees at Old Trafford.

Moreover, even if the tactician wanted to rest Lukaku, for now his team doesn’t have the privilege on doing it as they are quite short in that department.

Mourinho stated that considering their injury situation, they can’t really rest anyone up front for the time being, especially their big target man as they don’t really have anyone with that characteristic.

Nevertheless, when asked whether it will force United to make a move for Zlatan Ibrahimovic next January, the former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss said that taking the Swedish legend back won’t be an option.

For the time being, the Portuguese seemingly believes that his current rosters up front is good enough and just waiting for the absentees to return back in action, while those who are fit can immediately regain form.
