Milan Boss, Clarence Seedorf to Sideline Balotelli Against Parma

AC Milan’s disappointing Champions League exit in the hands of Atletico Madrid last weekend seemed to create further drama at Milanello as the latest reports from Italian newspaper, La Gazzetta dello Sport, suggested that Rossoneri head coach, Clarence Seedorf is set to make a brave choice by sidelining controversial striker, Mario Balotelli, for Milan’s upcoming Serie A match against Parma. Previous reports did stated that Mario Balotelli was missing the team’s latest training session because of a muscular injury, but further speculation suggested that it was only a minor problem and Seedorf is actually punishing the Italian international for his poor behavior.

Balotelli didn’t play well on Milan’s 4-1 defeat against Atletico on Tuesday, but the critics mostly heading towards his disappointing attitude throughout that tie as he failed to show a hard working effort and got into many needless spat with the official. Not only the Manchester City man, news from Italy claimed that Seedorf is also keen on benching several other players who started on midweek, but fail to produce anything special on that match. Although the young Dutch tactician reportedly isn’t in jeopardy of any potential sacking, but he obviously disappointing with how his players performed as they lost any confidence and spirit after conceding the second goal, despite there’s still a lot time to turn things around.
