Nottingham Forest’s decision in replacing their manager Sean O’Driscoll with Alex McLeish in such a short moment somewhat surprise many people including the new boss himself.
Speaking in the press conference, McCleish admitted that he was also surprised with his appointment, but the tactician considered it as a huge opportunity in his career.
The tactician revealed that taking charge of a side with Forest’s magnitude is always a special challenge. McLeish also added that he won’t be making too much changes with the current squad, although there might be some additions for certain positions.
