Levante’s 2-1 defeat over Hannover 96 in Europa League left some disappointment for the Spanish side’s tactician, Juan Ignacio Martinez. Martinez felt that his team created enough chances to deserve more than a defeat, especially since their opponent were playing with only 10 men for most of the match.
Martinez does give a lot credit for Hannover’s performance which the tactician considered as an effective display, scoring goals and didn’t really get dominated despite playing a man short.
However, the coach is confident that the midweek defeat won’t affect the players’ morale ahead of their big Sunday clash against Valencia in La Liga.
