Exciting news arrived for Real Madrid left back, Marcelo as he has been recalled into Brazil national squad setup for their upcoming friendly matches against France and Chile later this month.
The call up was Marcelo’s first in six months time as he received plenty criticism during World Cup 2014, especially after such poor defensive display in the semifinal tie against Germany.
However, according to Selecao’s current head coach, Dunga, Marcelo deserved that call up since the wing back has been playing regularly for Madrid and performed well with Los Blancos up till now.
The tactician sent out his warning though stating that getting into Brazil squad for upcoming friendlies won’t guarantee them being brought into Copa America tournament.
