The future of Alexis Sanchez getting more interesting after recent reports suggesting that Manchester United could be making a move on the Chilean, competing with their rival, Manchester City.

Although up til now, Man City remain favorites to snatch Sanchez, but latest reports stating that they can’t agree on price with Arsenal might turned the table and allow United in.

Despite  claims that the Chile international has City as his preferred destination, but there’s no guarantee that he won’t accept a serious approach from Jose Mourinho’s men, especially if United can also offer profitable solution.

For now, it seems that the Old Trafford based outfit are still monitoring the current situation and not reports of an official offer has been submitted.

However, rumors stating that the Red Devils are willing to include Henrikh Mkhitaryan as part of a package deal to get Sanchez this January.

An interesting offer which Man City have reluctant to provide since Gunners did ask for Raheem Sterling as part – exchange last summer and would probably still be keen on getting the English international.

Should Man City really opted to back off in signing the Chile international this January, United might eventually make their bold move and steal the former Barcelona man.
