Manchester United successfully got themselves back into second place seat in current English Premier League standings following their massive home victory over rival, Chelsea.

However that lead didn’t last long as United got back on level terms after a scrappy play inside The Blues’ penalty area which led into Romelu Lukaku getting free and slotted the ball home.
Drawing 1-1 in the first 45 minutes, both teams continue their attacking approach, but it was Man United that had the better luck in that second period as they turned things around with Jesse Lingard’s header.
It was another defensive error from The Blues back line that found themselves getting stretch an leaving Lingard free inside the penalty area without any one marking.
Antonio Conte’s men tried hard to get themselves back into that tie, but none of their efforts were successful as Man United holding on to their slender lead until the final whistle was blown.
