Man United Closing In on Lukaku Deal

Having difficulties in prizing up Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, Manchester United making a rather surprising turn as reports strongly suggesting that they are close in snatching Romelu Lukaku instead.

Reports coming from several media in England claiming that close sources telling the likes of ESPN that there’s already an agreement in place between Man United and Everton for Lukaku’s signing.

The news stating that both teams agreed on a huge fee worth 75 million pound for the potential transfer which will also mean that Jose Mourinho’s men have stopped their pursue of Morata.

Although the news currently also stating that so far Everton have denied about the agreement, media remain confident that it’s just a ploy to potentially attracting a bidding war involving Chelsea.

Nevertheless, reports seemingly stating that United are serious in confirming the deal as soon as possible since the Old Trafford based outfit wants the player available for their upcoming preseason tour.

Moreover, Mourinho’s side also hoping that Everton’s interest in signing Wayne Rooney will eventually accelerate and make the Lukaky deal runs smoothly.

Chelsea themselves despite reports of continuous interest on the Belgium international striker, haven’t seem to make too much breakthrough on their approach as they seemingly are still waiting on the future of their attacker, Diego Costa, who wants out of Stamford Bridge.
