Manchester City’s early start of the season under Pep Guardiola’s reign looking bright indeed as they bagged another victory this weekend.
Following their midweek Champions League glory, City grabbed another comfortable win as this time they demolished Stoke City 4-1.
Argentinian striker, Sergio Aguero was key again for Guardiola’s side as he bagged two goal in the first half, including a successful spot kick on 27 minutes.
Stoke taught they got themselves into the tie when Bojan Krkic pulled one back also from a spot kick on 49 minutes and creating some problems afterwards.
However, Guardiola’s decision to put Nolito into the pitch proved decisive as the summer signing scored two goals which ended that tie as a contest.
Another positive result indeed for Man City as they maintaining their fine start into the new season, sparkling an early war with arch rival, Manchester United.
