Lennon Proud With Celtic Success in Champions League

Glasgow Celtic manager Neil Lennon was delighted with his side’s success in reaching the knock out stages of the UEFA Champions League this season after defeating Spartak Moscow 2-1 in their final group game last Wednesday.

Lennon said that it was a pretty nervy game, especially the final five minutes where the tactician was feeling really tense. However, in the end the Scottish came through admirably and pretty much deserved their qualification.

Lennon now wants his players to set their focus firmly on getting consistent results in their league as the mission in Europa is done for now.
