Liverpool didn’t have the best of start in 2016 as they suffered a disappointing 2-0 defeat against West Ham, giving much disappointment for The Reds’ boss, Jurgen Klopp.
After previously looking confident with his team’s potential, Klopp was forced to admit that his side were simply not good enough against West Ham this weekend.
The tactician stated that his team did try to put on a good display, but Klopp stated that Liverpool players were still lacking that slight effort compared to what they opponent put in.
Klopp added that in upcoming games, he want’s his players to always give their best effort on the pitch as that’s the only way they can earn three points.
