Experiencing a rather disappointing two seasons at Old Trafford, Japanese’s attacking midfielder, Shinji Kagawa finally made his return to Borussia Dortmund and looking to restart his career again.

Kagawa made his name with Dortmund as he was part of their successful campaign which resulted in two  Bundesliga title along DFB Pokal, attracting attention from top clubs including Man United.

The player didn’t adapt that quickly in his first season, failing to hold a regular starting spot and nothing really changed even last season under David Moyes’ reign.

This summer, apparently new United coach, Louis Van Gaal also considered that Kagawa is not someone who the Dutchman will be counting on this season, so the Japanese decided it’s time to go back.
