Italy Set Foot in Brazil for Confederations Cup

The Confederation Cup is only withing less that a week left and many participants finally set their foot in Brazilian soil in preparation for their upcoming fixtures. Italy’s national team were among the early arrivals for that tournament as they already reached Brazil and prepare themselves for their opening fixture against Mexico.

Cesare Prandelli’s men won’t be having an easy group though as aside from competing with Mexico, Gli Azzurri will also battle against host nation, Brazil and Asia’s top representative, Japan as all of them are placed in the same pool.  Before starting their first match, Prandelli will lead his team to play in a friendly against Haiti.
