Inter Milan’s defeat in their opening Serie A fixture apparently triggered a very decisive step from the management as before this current summer market ends they are close to sign both Joao Mario along with Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa.
Both players have been strongly linked with Inter since early this summer, but it wasn’t until today that some clarity finally arrived as both players have arrived in Milan for scheduled medical checkups before eventually signing their deals.
The confirmation about those two players arrivals was revealed by the club’s official twitter account, which supposedly giving some joy for Nerazzurri fans, who were rather disappointed with their weekend defeat from Chievo.
However, considering those two players will still do their medical check ups before officially signing, it’s very unlikely that any of Joao Mario or Gabigol will feature for Inter’s second league fixture against Palermo.
In acquiring those two names, rumors claiming that Inter will have to pay about 70 million Euro, with 45 goes for the Portuguese striker, while 25 million is the price they must pay for the Brazilian young forward.
It remain to be seen about the details of those deals, especially Joao Mario as many believes that Inter must a payed loan deal since they need to avoid FFP regulations.
Moreover, the arrivals of those two players will most likely mean that Inter are parting ways with Stevan Jovetic along with Marcelo Brozovic.
