Honda Refuses to Give Up on Japan’s World Cup Hope

Japan’s dream in securing a place into the second round of World Cup 2014 is pretty slim at the moment after only collecting one point from their previous two group games.

However, that situation doesn’t make their star midfielder, Keisuke Honda giving up any of his hope as he ensured that Japan will keep on fighting as long as there’s still any slight of chance for them to advance.

Speaking to the media in their latest press conference, Honda also stated that he and his teammates will try to focus on their upcoming match against Colombia instead of checking out for other teams result.

The AC Milan midfielder also hope that his team will be able to grab a 2-0 victory over their South American counterpart, while hoping result for other game is on their favor.
