Guardiola Working on Improving Bayern Munich Fitness Level

After suffering a defeat in the German Super Cup against Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich finally got their new season up and running with a victory over trashing lowly Preussen Munster 4-1 in DFB Pokal.

However, that big win still didn’t satisfy Bayern head coach, Pep Guardiola, who believes that his team are far from their best since they’re not reaching full math fitness as just yet.

The tactician acknowledged that situation, that’s why he is working hard to get his players back into their best shape as it’s important for their attempt in competing for titles this upcoming season.

Furthermore, Guardiola also confirmed that their team are still working in the transfer market to search for replacement for the injured Javi Martinez, but noting that they won’t go for broke as should no one arrives they won’t have problems in managing with it.
