Grabbing four points from their previous two games, Germany still need at least a point to confirm their qualification into the knock out stage but Joachim Loew’s men wan’t more than just that as they’re targeting group winner status.
That ambition was voiced out by Der Panzer’s assistant coach, Thomas Schneider, stated that they will be putting their best squad with an eye of topping their group.
Despite confident with their own strength, Schneider warned his players not to take things lightly as their opponent this Tuesday, Northern Ireland have shown their quality even since qualifying round.
Moreover, the assistant also hinted as possible line up change for their final group game against Norhtern Ireland, with speculation stating Thomas Muller will be pushed as center forward instead of putting Mario Goetze there as a false nine.
