Real Madrid continuing their positive start in Europe as they picked up their second group victory by defeating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 at Signal Iduna Park.

Cristiano Ronaldo may bagged two goals in that tie, but Gareth Bale’s opener can’t be ignored, especially since the Welshman took it in a special kind of fashion.

Having been receiving plenty criticism at the start of season, Bale once again showcasing why he is considered one of Madrid’s best players along side CR7.

The former Tottenham Hotspur man scored a beauty to open Madrid’s victory, latching into Dani Carvajal’s through pass, the 28-year-old comfortably struck an angled first time volley that left  Roman Burki on Dortmund’s goal stranded.

It was certainly a wonderful strike from Bale, who also reminded the footballing world how lethal his left foot is.

Striking a first time volley itself is not an easy skill, but to angle the ball perfectly into the corner makes it sublime.

Despite many other top goals being scored this past Tuesday in the Champions League, but Bale’s first time beauty is considered by 1000goals as the best one which certainly deserved another viewing for all football enthusiasts out there.

Madrid fans surely hope that the Wales international can maintain his recent good form and lift Los Blancos’ performance in La Liga as they are playing catching up already to Barcelona.
