Only grabbing second place seat in Italian Serie A last season, AS Roma apparently are keen on improving that finish for the upcoming season as Giallorossi head coach, Rudy Garcia confirmed that their team are focusing on league success.
Speaking in a press conference ahead of his team’s preseason training, Garcia revealed that doing well in the league is important for Roma since their minimum target is to consistently quality for Champions League.
Furthermore, the French tactician tried to be realistic with Roma’s chance in the Champions League, stating that they will try their best, but it’s not an easy competition to play in.
That’s why for this upcoming season, the tactician stated that his team will give more focus in challenging for the Italian championship glory as it’s an important step for Roma.
